Sarah Lemarié is the Chief Strategy Officer at Publicis France in Paris and Creative Strategy Lead Leo Constellation.
In 2022, Sarah became Creative Strategy Lead for Publicis France, working alongside CCO Marco Venturelli to help strengthen the group’s creative excellence, and help launch the Global Creative Network, Leo Constellation.
Sarah has worked across a wide range of national and international accounts and has been at the origin of award-winning work for AXA, Carrefour, Fondation de France, among others. She notably lead the development of the “Three Words” initiative for AXA, an innovative insurance program for victims of domestic violence, which earned AXA the Titanium Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions. Her contributions to this campaign, among others, led Publicis Conseil to become Agency of the Year.
Sarah is a decorated Strategic Leader who has received 100+ international awards, including some of the most prestigious: 5 Cannes Lions Grand Prix, 7 Eurobest Grand Prix, the D&AD Black Pencil Impact, the White Pencil, 4 Grand LIA, and the Best of Show at the New York Festival.
After graduating from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), Sarah chose advertising because she believes creativity can be as powerful as politics in making a meaningful impact on society. She is passionate about delivering strong creative work and dedicates her energy to helping brands embrace their role in society.
